About the Studio
About Justin
I am a classically trained pianist with years of experience teaching students of all ages. I have taught young children and adults with no musical background (starting with the basics) as well as advanced students preparing for conservatory.
Although classical piano is my background, I love introducing my students to many different musical styles. I also teach music theory, improvisation, and sight-reading to all my students as part of a well-rounded musical education.
As a composer, I love teach composition to more advanced students. I have found this to be a wonderful way to understand the structure and language of music.
